Book an event

Do you want to throw a party? Organize a lunch lecture? Then you have come to the right place!

There are three different types of premises you can book through the form:

• Draget (Chapter hall)

• THS (locals in Nymble)

• KTH (lecture halls, etc)

Before you fill in the booking request, we encourage you to read the rules and regulations (and other recommended documents listed below) for the the premise you want to book. The form for all three types of premises are located further down the page. If you would like to book an individual room in Draget there are printed schedules located outside Mysrummet, Sekfunk and Mötesrummet (the meeting room). For recurring (i.e regular lunch meetings or other weekly events) contact event@k.kth.se
